Day 1 Set out from Marrakech and drive through the countryside, dotted with picturesque villages. Snap a picture at the sand-colored 19th-century Kasbah Taourirt and stunning 17th-century Kasbah Armidil before a delicious lamb tagine is served at Chez Laila. Next visit the town of Kalaat M’gouna, breathe in the fragrance of the country’s largest rosewater manufacturer and learn how they help create a wide array of beauty products.

A drive along the Dades Valley reveals flourishing orchards, against the dramatic backdrop of the Atlas Mountains. Observe the striking rocky outcrops of Tamlalt before continuing to Kasbah Valentine.

Day 2 An early start means you see the majesty of the Todra Gorges in the morning light. The red hewn cliffs of towering limestone are popular with climbers and are a truly impressive sight. Continue to the famous Hollywood filming location of Aït-Ben-Haddou; a fine example of Moroccan architecture and one of the most famous kasbahs of the country. You may recognise the UNESCO World Heritage Site from blockbusters such as Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator, and Prince of Persia.
