What you can expect

Discover some of Seoul's landmarks such as the Blue House and the Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung palaces on this full-day tour. Make a stop at the Folk Museum and Jogyesa Temple before experiencing the quaint Insadong street and Namdaemun Market.

Begin your day tour with pickup from your hotel in Seoul. Travel north to the Jongnogu district to see the official residence of South Korea's president. See the blue roof that gives the house its nickname, Blue House. It blends perfectly with Mount Bugaksan in the backdrop.

Next, visit the Gyeongbokgung Palace. Erected in the Joseon Dynasty, it remains one of the most beautiful and charming palaces in South Korea. Continue your trip to the National Folk Museum, and then head to the intricate, beautiful, 7-story stone pagoda of the Jogyesa Temple.

Afterwards, marvel at the Changdeokgung Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the best-preserved palaces from the Joseon Dynasty. See the stunning garden among the ancient trees and don't forget to take pictures as you admire your surroundings.

Later, travel to Insadong, in the very heart of Seoul. Walk through the alleys and see some of the finest Korean art on display. Before you're transferred back to your hotel, spend some time strolling through the bustling streets of the Namdaemun Market—a perfect place to pick out some souvenirs.
