From the moment you arrive, you're welcomed with a Hawaiian shell lei and the sound of the conch shell marking the start of the evening. Capture photos with the Royal Court of Polynesia, then witness the unveiling of the imu, a traditional underground oven used to roast the succulent kalua pig—the star of a generous island-style buffet.

Feast on local favourites like lomilomi salmon, pulehu chicken, haupia, and more, while enjoying a high-energy show featuring dances from Tahiti, Samoa, Fiji, New Zealand, and the romantic hula of Hawaii—all performed under the stars.
