food very good...the only issue I had was with the Expedia booking which they couldn't find but did all they could ......great staff and nicely appointed.. Perhaps if they had an additional shower it would have worked better. I would definitely use and recommend the lounge again.

This was the worst lounge experience I have ever had. I actually want my money back. I paid $57.00. The bartender informed me that they ran out of bar vodka and there was only premium left, which was $12 a drink. So I paid for two of those also. The pasta was slathered in cheap jarred tomato sauce. Inedible. The soup bin sat empty until I asked if there was more. It was supposed to be corn chowder. It tasted like water and uncooked flour with bits of broccoli thrown in. It was disgusting. As I was leaving I asked for the managers name and number. The lovely young woman behind the desk said it was against policy to release that information and instead gave me a web address where I could voice my complaint. This was not a 'first-class experience' as the website says. It was terrible and I will never use it again. And I want a refund. Debra Lodoen
