Hop into a vintage car and take a trip to your choice of historical attractions in the beautiful Czech countryside surrounding Prague. Destinations available include a small, medieval town, Gothic castles, and a historic concentration camp, all brimming with rich history and beautiful scenery.

Karlovy Vary:
This town was founded in 1370 by Holy Roman Emperor and Czech King Charles IV. It's famous for its 13 hot springs and historical Neo-Renaissance colonnades with mineral water spring you can taste. Enjoy time to wander the town's many shops offering locally produced souvenirs, glasswork, and pottery dot the area, as well as great Czech restaurants.

Karlštejn Castle:
Travel through the picturesque Czech countryside to Karlštejn Castle, founded in 1348 by Charles IV as a stronghold for housing collections of holy relics and crown jewels. This striking fortress, which sits majestically atop a hill overlooking mountainous terrain, is among the country's most celebrated and frequently visited castles. Enter its Chapel of the Holy Cross and marvel at a large portrait gallery of historical Czech rulers, see a replica of the crown of the Holy Roman Emperors and St. Wenceslas.

Konopiště Chateau:
This 4-winged, 3-story castle was among the first places in the country to use electric lifts and plumbing. Built during the 13th century, this Baroque-style fortification was the last residence of Franz Ferdinand, the Archduke of Austria, whose assassination triggered World War I. Wander the chateau's magnificent gardens and explore its many romantic corners, ancient statues, and even a live bear.

Terezín and Theresienstadt Concentration Camp:
This former military town was founded at the end of the 18th century by Emperor Joseph II. It features the Theresienstadt concentration camp and former Jewish ghetto, which was built by the Nazis during World War II.
