Description

The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, based on Mark Haddon’s award-winning 2003 novel about a boy who uses facts, forensics and systemised data to investigate the suspicious death of his neighbour's dog, is a mysterious and darkly funny stage show that keeps you guessing.

Fifteen-year-old Christopher stands beside Mrs Shears’ dog Wellington, who has been speared to death with a garden fork. The time is 7 minutes after midnight and Christopher knows that foul play is afoot. He gathers and writes down all the facts of the case in the hope of discovering the identity of Wellington's killer.

Christopher has an unusual brain – he’s exceptional at maths but ill-equipped to interpret everyday life. Having never ventured alone beyond the end of his road, he detests being touched and he distrusts strangers. When his detective work takes him to the big city lights of London, his world turns upside down.

Will he be able to cope with the bustling, stressful city. And more importantly, will he be able to solve the curious incident of the dog in the night-time.
