This experience is dedicated to those like me who love good food, wine but above all the typical conviviality of Apulian tables. I would like to tell you about the gastronomic traditions of my region with a four-course menu plus final dessert. You will taste the delicious dairy products of the Itria Valley, our vegetables and the excellence of our products interpreted from ancient traditional recipes. Dinner or lunch, depending on the seasonal temperatures, will take place in the garden, on the patio shaded by the vineyard, in the midst of nature in a context of absolute peace and relaxation. The menu will consist of five courses: a cold starter, a hot starter, a first course of handmade fresh pasta, a meat main course, and dessert.
The menu will be accompanied by local wines.
