Know before you book
- If you purchase an option with transport, hotel pickup is available from most Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Riviera Maya hotels. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
- Hours of operation of Xavage Park are 8:30 AM–5 PM.
- Xavage Park reserves the right to refuse anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Children 4 and younger are not allowed. Children under 12 years of age but over 4 feet 6 inches (137 cm), must present an ID to verify their age and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Some activities are not recommended for people suffering from epilepsy, asthma, hypertension, diabetes, or with neck and/or back problems, with recent surgeries or history of heart problems. If you are a mother-to-be, certain activities are off-limits.
- For the Ropes Course, Rafting, Jet Boat and Zip-Line activities the minimum height is 4 ft (1.20 m) and the maximum weight is 300 lb (136 kg
- For Kayak activity the minimum height is 4 ft (1.20 m) and the maximum weight is 441 lb (200 kg)
- For Monster Lorry activity the minimum height is 5.2 ft (1.60 m) for the driver and 4 ft (1.20 m) for the passenger and the maximum weight is 300 lb (136 kg)
- For the Splash Zone, the minimum age is 5 years old and the maximum age is 11 years old
