Private 2 bedroom of Newly remodeled duplex (upper unit) walking distance to downtown and Mayo, with bus stop on the corner.
4 blocks from the river and civic center.

- Off street parking available for 2 cars.
- Enjoy relaxing on the front porch and enjoy the urban view of people watching.
- Find your way up the stairs to a keypad lock where you can do a contactless check-in.
- Newly remodeled kitchen is outfitted with dishes and cookware.
- Nice big windows in every room allow for natural lighting that fills the space.
- living room includes a couch with a pull-out bed, a reclining chair, ottoman, and a 50” smart TV with access to Netflix.
- Guests are free to use the bon Fire 🔥 in the back yard and pit boss smoker in the garage!
- If you don’t wanna cook your own, the best steak house in town is a 4 block walk down the street! (Pittsburgh Blue)

Close to Mayo Clinic and very comfortable
Awesome host’s with great communication. The home is very comfortable, must be okay with stairs. Clean, great beds, open feel with good lighting and windows throughout. Love the front porch. All appliances in working order, stocked kitchen, solid internet. Just shy of a mile walk downtown or too Main Clinic buildings. Close to river walk, felt safe. Good neighborhood. Would definitely recommend

Not a stellar experience
I stayed here for a few nights while visiting family. Property in a convenient location and very clean. Bed was comfy. But I never got access information and host did not reply to email, text or phone calls. I actually had to get VRBO customer service involved. Host responded fairly quickly to a number of things I noted ( no cutting board, rusty can opener, windows open to outside due to poorly installed AC units, etc), but frankly, those things should not have been issues in the first place and suggest a certain lack of diligence on the part of the host. Overall a nice place with most things one would need, but a disappointing experience.

Mayo trip
The apartment we stayed in was clean, quiet and very comfortable. It was just what we needed. All the conveniences were there and it felt very welcoming. Joshua was great in our communication and I was immediately at ease. The Mayo Clinic was very close and made it easy for multiple appointments at different times. I highly recommend staying there

Amazing and stress free
I can’t say enough good things about these owners! The place was so adorable and comfortable and had everything we needed! The owners communicate with you right away, and you never feel alone especially when you’re going through a medical process! They were understanding and patient and I would highly recommend this property for anybody’s stay! It is wonderfully updated and they even left us some snacks! This town is amazing and that the people are so kind

Peaceful stay in a lovely home.
Very lovely home, nice and clean, everything you need is available It would be nice if bedrooms had TV’s Also my husband walks with 2 canes and floors are uneven (due to older home) and access to unit is up a steep set of stairs. Just something to be aware of if your stability is off.
