The guest who books the reservation must be 25 years or older and must be present for the length of the stay in the property.

Our lovely one bedroom, two bath villa is just across from the tennis courts and pro-shop. Play a set or two of tennis or just relax on the rear deck overlooking the salt marsh with its ever changing tidal landscape and bird life. Restaurants, pools, and a sweeping ocean beach are a short walk across the street. A circular stairway leads to the loft bedroom with a king size bed and full bath. A pull-out sofa and another full bath on the main floor provide comfortable accomodations for a total of four guests. A fully equipped kitchen and attractive dining area complete the floor plan for this unique property. Has capability for carafe and k cup coffee. Wireless internet provided throughout the unit.

Fripp Island Club cards may be purchased. Parking is included.

 
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

The Villa was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, had a wonderful kitchen with beautiful view of the marsh. It was so convenient because the wedding venue was just across the street at the Ocean Beach Club.

Marvelous Marsh Tennis Villa
This Tennis Villa has a beautiful view of the marsh. The kitchen is stoked with everything you could possibly need. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets smelled so nice. I would definitely stay there again.

It was clean and pleasant with a very comfy King Bed and comfortable Living room furniture. The Kitchen was small but well equipped with everything we needed. It has a lovely view of the marsh which we really enjoyed.
