If you're looking to enjoy the coastal charms of Florida, it's tough to beat this cottage right across from the beach. This one bedroom, one bathroom villa is just a one minute walk from the white sands of beautiful Siesta Key Beach and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico.

Known for its sugary sands, Siesta Key Beach boasts a children's play area, volleyball nets, and a concession stand serving fresh hot food and ice cold drinks. If you're looking to swim, paddleboard, kayak, gather seashells, fish, watch dolphins play in the waves, and bask in the sunshine; this is the place to be.

This cottage is charming, cozy, and perfect for a small family or friends. Despite its quaint appearance, it includes free WiFi, flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with a full array of appliances. The cozy bedroom features a queen-size bed and the living room has a queen-size couch that sleeps two (children welcome!).

Nice little place
A nice small space for short stays. Wish they offered a dresser, had to live a week out of suitcases and there was plenty of room for them to offer a dresser in the closet. Too few places to hang towels to dry outside. Kitchen offering is limited but you can get by. Walking distance to town and beaches.

This place is small Compared to the pictures. I had no issues with the place accept we had to leave two days early and couldn’t get a refund and the air conditioning filters had to be cleaned before we even turned it on. Other than that perfect location beach access is a 1 min walk it’s perfect.

Perfect for a short couples getaway!
This cottage (#2) was perfect for my fiance and I! The location is fantastic as we did not want to rent any vehicle and we could either walk right into the village (it's right around the bend from the main strip!), walk to 2 different beach access points, or hop a free trolley/shuttle anywhere we wanted to go! Which we loved to do! The property itself was cute, cozy, and had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The rental office staff was warm, welcoming, very accommodating with holding our bags for us until our flights, letting us change our clothes both on arrival and departure, and supplying a new beach cart/wagon and cooler after I received an email prior to booking that stated these were provided. When we got to the cottage, there was no sign of these items and I contacted them right away. By the next day they delivered a brand new wagon and a cooler for us! It made the stay much easier and enjoyable! Our ONLY complaint or issue was the bathroom. It desperately needs a full gut job and remodel. The shower stall is absolutely TINY, and I'm 5'2" and 120lbs, and I could barely turn around in it. Let alone my much larger fiance. And forget shaving anything in there! It was just claustrophobic and very uncomfortable. However, that said, it was wonderful and if the bathroom gets fixed we can definitely see ourselves staying there again and again!

A Change of Pace
We are used to staying in resort atmosphere. Our stay in this little cottage is a welcomed change of pace. Close to the beach and cozy atmosphere in a little spot. The simplicity of our little spot at the beach created a reading, walking and refreshing atmosphere. Looking forward to the future.

Overall the cottage was nice. We did feel the bathroom was in serious need of an upgrade. I guess the only other complaint was an infestation/ swarming of winged insects. The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to town and to two public beach access points. We would stay there again.

Let me start with The small cottage is in a great location but that's it. The pictures are very deceiving - there is mold on the white porch beams. The flooring throughout is uneven and has had water damage. Bathroom is very small and shower is extremely tight and unstable and I'm only 5'4". Bed is very soft and caves in the middle. Many updates and TLC are needed.
