Rooms need to be updated. The furniture is old-HVAC needs updating! Building needs A LOT of work! Our reservations were for 4 nights. On our last day we requested to add another night but was told there was a 2-night minimum - we waited over 24 hours before they agreed to book us another night. The staff was not helpful! Each time we would check at the front desk we were told a different reason why we couldn't book another night. Told us the manager had to lift the 2-night minimum. The manager (Allison) was non-existence! Spoke with Allison after our stay about a charge on our cc - she was rude and said we would have to call our bank. Christine at the front desk was somewhat helpful - but it was comical that she gave us different reasons why we couldn't book another night! Dillon, Justin, Christine and two other front desk staff gave us different answer when inquired about our request to stay another night. The HOTEL was FAR from being full!!!! In the past this was one of our favorite places to stay - likely to be our last time staying at Meadowbrook!
