3 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Incredible Views, Infinity Pool and Outdoor Entertaining Area

Enjoy incredible panoramic views of The Valley of the Moon, Kenwood and Santa Rosa at this private villa atop Trinity Mountain. This getaway is located in the Mayacama mountain range between Sonoma and Napa Valley, making it the perfect home base to fully experience all that wine country has to offer. It is just a 10 minute drive to the quaint village Glen Ellen or Kenwood, and under 30 minutes to Yountville, Sonoma and St. Helena.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

This Italian style villa boasts incredible views of wine country with legendary sunsets. You will feel like you are on a retreat as you enjoy the gardens and many outdoor amenities surrounding the house. The grounds are very tranquil and private, being situated next to the expansive and beautiful Bouverie Preserve.

Your stay will have you experiencing la dolce vita as you recline on your lounge chair, gazing out at the breathtaking landscape. Utilize the Outdoor kitchen equipped with a seating area for 10 people. In the summer, swim in our Infinity salt water pool. Relax into the evening, sitting under the pantheon style shade structure with outdoor lighting for after sunset.

The interior has ample natural light with sliding glass doors leading to a large balcony. Experience home comfort in the spacious family room with a flat screen television. Sit among friends and family in our dining room with a large farmhouse table set for 10 and step out onto the large deck with wisteria.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and convection oven, granite countertops, and two walls of windows to enjoy the view even while you cook.

The 1st bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and walk in closet. Down the hall from the 1st bedroom and bathroom is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The master bedroom is a charming space with California King bed, dresser, seating area and large bathroom.

LOCATION
Our villa is the ideal location to experience the vineyards, tasting some of the finest wines in the world.

Head into downtown Glen Ellen for a bite to eat at one of the delicious restaurants that include our favorites The Fig Cafe, Stars, Glen Ellen Inn, and Les Pescals.

There is plenty of hiking in the surrounding area, Sugarloaf Ridge State Park, Sonoma Regional Park and of course the Bouverie Preserve.

You’re just over an hour from San Francisco if you want to visit one of the greatest cities in the country.

Amazing views & beautiful grounds. Everything was just as described in the listing. Pool was too cold to use but still very pretty. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very unique landscaping and spacious outdoor areas to hang out and enjoy the sights and beautiful sunsets while sipping tasty local wines.

This home was certainly as advertised! The views are absolutely breathtaking! We had a wonderful visit to Napa and this house was the icing on the cake! Every facet of our experience was perfect. The owner met us at check in and gave us a quick tour and was above and beyond accommodating! We will certainly be back and would recommend it to anyone!

What a gem
Came in for a three day weekend in the shoulder season and left wanting several more days. The house had great views and was perfect for the three of us couples. Our hosts were quick to respond and friendly. We are already thinking about coming back for a week and working remotely from beside the infinity pool!

Wonderful stay at Valley of the Moon.
The property is beautiful and accurately depicted in the description. I felt like the Mountain View was actually more beautiful in person. We had a wonderful time at the property. However, the property is located in the mountains and there is a very steep drive to get to and from the property. We are from a place and we are not familiar with driving mountains and the drive was very uncomfortable for us. We did not leave the property one day because of the rain and we just didn’t think we could drive down the mountain. The people who drive the mountain are used to it and can be a little impatient with the people who want to take it slow. Otherwise for us, this property was a dream!

Perfect for family trip
My family and I stayed here for thanksgiving and it was a great house and location. We explored Napa, Sonoma, Healdsburg and Glen Ellen and had great wine and food. I would definitely come back and stay in the summer to enjoy that pool. Awesome views from the house and really nice host.
