The kitchen and bathroom do not have locks, and there is one fridge in each room. Access to the building is through a lockable entrance door on the first floor.

The kitchen offers utensils and appliances, including a stove/oven, while a full bathroom with a shower/tub ensures a relaxing stay. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, street parking, and complimentary WiFi.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to everything inside the apartment.

The unit consists of two rooms on the second floor, accessible through lockable doors with keypads. Please note that the kitchen and bathroom do not have locks. Each room is equipped with its own fridge. Kindly be aware that access to the second floor is via stairs only, as there is no elevator. The building's entrance, located on the first floor, is secured with a lockable door. Additionally, there is another unit within the building on the first floor.

Cleaning Service Available ($45/hr)
Only one pet is allowed per stay.
The second pet is only upon request before a reservation.
Pet is limited up to 50 pounds.
Pet fee - $50 per stay/per pet.
