Perfect spot, Perfect hotel at an affordable price
Spent 2 nights on a couples getaway at NJ-NYC. Hotel was exceptional for the price. Perfect spot for getting transportation to and from NYC ( port authority ). Bus from bus stop literally a minute from the hotel takes you to NYC port authority in under 15 minutes ( no additional stops ). Then bus from NYC port authority to hotel about the same time and no additional stops. A few stores down the road just minutes away from the hotel should you need to make a store run. Parking is free and safe. Room was clean and view was fantastic! Wifi however was kinda confusing. You gotta log in and it prompts you to purchase access, but upon clearing it up with front desk, l was told you have to go through with the process but you won't be charged. Breakfast also was confusing as it was said to be included but upon checking in I was not given a voucher as it was needed to get free breakfast at the restaurant. Hotels.com needs to clarify this because although it was said to be included I had to pay an extra $4 fee, yet during my stay I had to explain to front desk that I paid additional for breakfast to be included. It didn't show up on my reservation either when I booked but I know for a fact I paid an extra fee to include breakfast. Overall even after those somewhat weird experience my wife and I enjoyed are stay at the hotel. We will definitely consider booking again with them.

We enjoy staying at this property due to it's proximity to our family located in Hoboken - an easy 10 minute walk along the waterfront. On this visit we noticed that our bedsheet was not tucked in (which makes sleeping during the night interesting), the phone in the room didn't work (my fault for not giving the front desk the okay to fix it - they were willing to come in) and we were in a handicapped room that had no fan in the bathroom (not good!) and the towel racks were across the room from the sink. Strange placement and inconvenient.
