Im disabled, called the hotel 2 days asked if they had accessable rooms and if their pool was open. Since in my downtime I need to do aquatic therapy for my condition. I was told yes they had rooms, and the pool was open.. I get here to check in, they only had 1 accessable rooms, and the pool had been down for good while. I get to my room, ..it was dirty... There was dirty wash towels hanging in the shower. But this was my only option since they only had this one room. I shouldn't have to rinse down my shower before I can use it. The shower did work, but the drain kept backing up.
I understand mistakes happen... But while the front desk clerk was very kind, he was just very nonchalant about the problems.
And 100$ security fee?... Yes it's common for places to have a card on file for incidentals, but I had to pay a security fee on my card, then upon check out I got that back...100$ ?? Holy cow..how antiquated.
I contacted hotel management via hotels.com.at the start of my stay bringing up these concerns.. and no response...
So folks.. I would not stay here. My business trip has gone long, and rather than extending my stay here.. I'm moving hotels...I'm sorry I hate being nasty and mean in a review..but even if all the issues happened, the least they could have done was reach out or try to make it right...
