The property was ok needed some updating and fixings in the rooms. The location was north beach. And access to the beach was perfect.

The hotel is extremely weathered. There’s zero bells and whistles. You are paying for what you get. They run out of beach towels daily, if you are lucky to even get one at all. Bring towels. They have zero ice. The bar has ice but no doubt, they run out. There’s a few decent dining spots nearby….theres two breakfast/coffee spots. Nothing fancy but good food. Everything is speedy in Miami but here there’s a liquor store, subway, Pizza Hut across the street which might help out anyone on a budget. I’d take the trolley across the street to Lincoln street for more options. Good shopping there. It’s a 25 min ride. Take a tour to the Everglades and do an airboat excursion. A bit cheesy bus ride and gator show but the airboat ride is wonderful. Take a day trip down to the keys. Key West is absolutely a must. Stunning! The front desk at hotel is a bit slow but they are very nice and willing to help out. Again, you aren’t paying for a 5 star hotel but the beach location and the pool are wonderful.

Lovely balcony rooms overlooking the pool and ocean. Hotel is old but maintained. Bathrooms have been updated. Our bed was good/firm. Only one ice machine in the lower level for the entire hotel. The parking lot is a trash strewn lot adjoining the hotel; but at least it was included. Really good Italian restaurant and interesting smoothie/brunch place across the street.

I rate my stay a zero the first night we got in the toilet didn’t flush. The room was dirty the floors were dirty. The mirrors were dirty the sink, the toilet, and the tub was dirty. We had to wait till the next day for all the room to be clean and we never removed to another room then we had to wait to the next day to get maintenance on the toilet, which was a very inconvenience. The whole building didn’t have any ice and it was hot outside. I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel, but I enjoyed my stay in Miami.

Great location several dining options within walking distance the restaurant inside the hotel was excellent. Souvenir shops are also within walking distance would definitely stay again.
