In the middle of nowhere
The hotel is located between two factories in the industrial zone of Monterrey. It has the basics and you can hear the factory next door. No shuttle service to the airport. No restaurant on site and not much around. This hotel is for workers in the factories nearby.

Problemas de edades
Quisiera que pudieran hablar con la administración del hotel Pk tuve el inconveniente a la llegada, me comentaron que según la asociación de hoteles la minoría de edad es de 12 años y que mi hijo que tiene 16 tiene que pagar como adulto, sin embargo ustedes tienen correctamente según la constitución mexicana la minoría de edad en 17 años, la verdad es la primera vez que me sucede eso y yo rento mucho hoteles por medio de ustedes quisiera que clarificaran esa citación por favor.

Alfombra vieja y en mal estado olor en general en todo el hotel. Drenaje tapado en baños. Hotel viejo necesita renovación, mantenimiento

Hotel Hell!
Arriving to the hotel was simple and quick from the airport. The disappointment was with front desk. They seemed to uninterested and just plain. I went to my room which was in the first floor I checked the sliding window for security but it was opened and couldn't be closed for security. The front desk made it appear that it was to difficult to change me to another room so I waited over 15 minutes to get the issue resolved. The hotel was empty although they gave me the farthest room to the wall which faced the highway. Later in the evening the noise of the traffic was just to much that it made my night somewhat uncomfortable, not mentioning the rest of the night! A completely horrible noisy experience. I personally felt that the front desk purposely put me there knowing that it wasn't a very pleasant room, and all because I asked to be moved into a more secure room. The following morning a police officer was there making a police report for theft of a vehicle!
