Overview
The house is nestled in the serene and friendly riverside area less than a 5-minute drive away from the Mountain town center. This lovely location offers a perfect getaway from the everyday hustle and bustle and big-city crowds while being just 2 miles from the park and ride trailhead.
There are numerous outdoor activities that you can enjoy at any time of year here, such as ATV/UTV trails in the spring/summer/fall and snowmobile trail riding in the winter.
You can also explore the river by tubing, kayaking & or fishing.

Located just outside of Mountain Wisconsin, Riverside Retreat is a short drive to both Mountain and Lakewood.
Guests access the property through the main front entrance via a keypad lock 24/7
NOTE: GPS may list the address as 13901 US First Service Rd 2067, Mountain, WI 54149. This is the same address and is correct.
From Wausau: Take Hwy 52 EAST to Hwy 64 EAST towards Mountain, WI. Just before you reach Mountain you will take a RIGHT on Section 4 Lane and the property is 1.3 miles down the road on the RIGHT.
From SHAWANO: Take Hwy 22 EAST to Hwy 32 NORTH towards Mountain, WI. After you pass through Mountain, take a LEFT onto Section 4 Lane and the property is 1.3 miles down the road on the RIGHT.
From Green Bay: Take Hwy 29 WEST to Hwy 32 NORTH towards Mountain, WI. After you pass through Mountain, take a LEFT onto Section 4 Lane and the property is 1.3 miles down the road on the RIGHT.
