Enjoy a getaway from the City life to this 32 acre gorgeous home with lots of Privacy and amenities! Beautiful Trees and large lot to walk and enjoy. Pull up to immaculate grounds and plenty of outdoor area for exploring ! Picnic or star gaze under one of the Large Oak Trees on the property. Along your walk, use the pathway through the woods and marvel at the unique antique old time gas station set up with benches to sit and relax. There is a small pond on the property. It does contain some smaller fish. Feel free to bring your own equipment if you would like to fish. Out back enjoy the large Salt Water Heated Inground Pool surrounded by several seating areas to enjoy the serenity of the woods. Pool House is finished inside with Cedar Planks floor to ceiling with a bathroom. It also contains a large outdoor refrigerator for storing extra food and cold beverages. A Bluetooth Stereo is there for hook up with Bose Speakers for great sound around the pool. There is a screen porch attached to the pool house with comfy seating and a 60 inch TV for enjoyment. We also have floating rafts and Pool toys for kids. We will supply pool towels as well during pool season. Outside the pool fenced in and gated area we have a swing set for children to enjoy with picnic tables . There is also a large grassy area for cornhole and other outdoor games. (We Do supply one set of corn hole boards)

The 5200 sq foot House has an open concept main floor living area. There is a main floor master suite with views of the pool and wooded area, a Jetted jacuzzi tub, separate walk in tiled shower, and a large closet. Total of 5 BR with large comfy beds (4 Kings size and 1 Queen) and soft cotton linens. ALL Bedrooms have large Flat Screen TVs. 4 of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom attached. Fully Stocked Kitchen with Coffee and Coffee makers, some popular spices, Blendtec Blender, Toaster Oven, Crock Pot, Panini Maker, Large Pots and pans, Baking sheets, Bake ware for the oven, and most all of the gadgets needed for baking and cooking. Another private screened- in porch is right off the kitchen with ample seating with view of the woods and pool area. Lower level has a Custom Bar and game room with Ping Pong table and Poker Table. The house is also equipped with other board games, toys for children, as well as a Pak and Play upon request. Theatre room has an 85 inch TV with Surround sound, theatre lighting, and Raised Seating with Leather recliners.

Roast Marshmallows outback or just sit back and enjoy our Fire pit with owner supplied wood for a cozy night time feel. Backyard landscape lighting will make the evening beautiful under the stars! We have cornhole and other outdoor games available to play as well. A Propane grill is available for outdoor cooking.

Plenty of room on property for trailers and larger trucks to park.
