Fully renovated kitchen in 2024! Cottage by the Cove has all of the amenities at home while you're away on vacation, including a new dishwasher, high-end washer/dryer, full AC, and top-rated mattresses. With peekaboo views of Perkins Cove and the ocean, you'll love relaxing in this single-level, open-concept cottage, featuring 2 bedrooms and a modern, full bath with shower. The property provides split unit heating and cooling throughout. Two sizable bedrooms are set back from the main living/kitchen/dining area, providing a separation of space for quiet time. One bedroom features a king-size cooling mattress and smart TV. The second bedroom offers a queen-size Bamboo mattress and views of Perkins Cove. Decks are located at the front and rear of the home, providing ample space to unwind from a busy day at the beach or in town.


Location:
Located just a five minute walk from Perkins Cove where you'll find quaint shops and notable area restaurants. From Perkins Cove, you can walk along the Marginal Way and enjoy stunning ocean views, or stop off at the small tidal beach (just .7 miles from the property). Enjoy the mile-long stroll into town center, or catch the trolley from Perkins Cove over to Ogunquit Town Beach, Footbridge Beach and town center.

Cottage at Perkins Cove
The week at the cottage was the BEST week we have experienced in Maine. The cottage was conveniently located within walking distance of Perkins Cove which had restaurants and a very quaint shopping area. Ryan, our host, checked to insure everything was going well and the extra amenities were welcomed and appreciated. The cottage was very cleanly kept with a nautical theme throughout.

Fantastic Perkins Cove Property
We had a wonderful stay. A clean, quiet and cozy property located just a brief walk to the Perkins Cove footbridge (and therefore lobster). The air conditioning was welcome since it was quite warm out. Very happy with everything!

Great place and nice location.
Our cottage was clean and very close to Perkins Cove. It was comfortable for the two of us. We needed to bring lots of things with us, such as toilet paper and paper towels, but we had plenty of towels and clean bedding. We enjoyed our stay!
