Positioned on a hillside on the striking Dalmatian coast the four bedroom luxurious villa is a gorgeous work of traditional meets contemporary. The carved stone displayed in the architecture comes from the very mountain the house sits on while the interior is an example of pure luxury, elegance and romance in the evening light. Natural tones, white walls and wood floors are complimented with colorful wall art and unique furnishings. Two levels occupy the 250m2 interior, with an open plan living area combined with a fully equipped professional kitchen and dining room and one of the ensuite bedrooms on the ground level. The remaining three bedrooms are on the upper level, each with unbeatable sea view, floor to ceiling windows and modern facilities. Offering supreme privacy, serenity and a glorious panoramic picture of beauty around the outdoor area is equipped with a heated infinity pool, authentic built in BBQ and alfresco dining area. Welcome to the beautiful Adriatic.
With four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated.
Beach, supermarket and few restaurant options are available nearby. For more action head 11km west to Omiš,a small port and fishing village certainly worth a visit.Although its population will triple in the summertime the absence of hotels makes Omišan enjoyable and relaxing tourist destination. Plenty of activities are offered in the area such as climbing, rafting and canoeing. While here be sure to visit the 13th century fortress Mirabela as well as the Franciscan monastery and the select few churches found in the old town. And then, grab a seat in one of the cafés, order a glass of mali plavac and ask the local to tell you the story of Omiš pirates.

Une villa de rêve
Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans une magnifique maison avec une vue imprenable. Tout les équipements sont haut de gamme, un grand confort avec toutes les chambres vue sur mer. Un design d'architecte. Une piscine à débordement. Que du bonheur. Je recommande sans hésitation. Seul défaut son accès.

tranquility and contemporary design
I stayed at this property with my partner for a week-long vacation at the beginning o July. The villa is very modern, spacious, with all the necessary amenities I could think of. It can accommodate up to 8 people with four bedrooms and bathrooms. The rooms are modern with A/C in each; there are towels, beach towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, silverware, paper towels, even salt, and paper or ice cubs; basically, the owners thought of everything. There is a parking garage for one vehicle and some limited space outside the villa. The ad photos are all accurate and beyond. The vistas are truly amazing and breathtaking. The villa is located on the steep hill a bit secluded from other properties in the area. There are no neighbors nearby; therefore, it provides some privacy. The pool and the terrace are spacious with the perfect position to the sun: shade in the morning, full exposure midday and afternoon, and a beautiful sunset in the evening. Those who look for much-needed tranquility, this villa should be an obvious choice. With regards to the area, the Mimice village is tiny, with many narrow, curvy roads, one supermarket, and probably a few eateries somewhere as well as the beach, to which we never made. When we got tired of cooking, we traveled 12km to near Omis where many different restaurants were available. For those interested, there is also food delivery available to the villa directly. I wouldn't do them justice without mentioning the owners. They are incredibly courteous, polite, and friendly people; it was a pleasure to meet them and to stay at their beautiful villa.

This is a beautiful villa set in an idyllic spot.
This is definitely the best villa we have stayed in as a family, it is absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms are very elegant, each with excellent en-suite bathrooms, and the kitchen is very well stocked. This leads on to a very stylish open living area with floor to ceiling windows looking out onto THAT VIEW. It’s difficult to put the view into words as it is so spectacular and a joy to wake up to every morning. The outside area is great with access to light shade in the form of netted canopies - not full shade like a parasol but enough to keep the strong heat at bay. The local town of Omiš has some really good restaurants but that’s about as far as we went to be honest. We had a lovely relaxing week and didn’t venture out too much which was exactly what we needed. Darko and his family are very welcoming, greeting us at the villa when we arrived and coming back at the end to say bye. They also supplied us with some basics on our arrival, including a bottle of local wine and some bread, cheese and cured meats. We will definitely stay in this villa again as it would be difficult to find anything better - we may even leave it to explore the area next time! Highly recommended!

Great stay!
We had a very good stay in this Villa. Only small drawback is the restaurants and the neighbourhood in terms of shops and stores, it is located in a small town. All other areas were on par or better vs the advertisement and if you don’t look for a party area it is a fantastic house. We were two families and enjoyed the villa and the vacation tremendously.

Beautiful house on the mountain with a spectacular view
The house is located on the mountain and the view from the terras and is really spectacular. We spent 2 weeks in the house which has all the comfort you need. Natasa and her family are very friendly and always prepared to offer help. We can highly recommand this beautiful house!

Wonderful "James Bond" Villa with "a view to a kill"!
We were two families living in the villa for a week. The house is spacious and very well architected for two families with small/bigger kids/teenagers. Beautifully decorated and functional. The icecube machine was popular as well as the nice pool and wifi. We were welcomed by the owner with cooled wine and Dalmatian delicacies - compliment on the House. The house is located on mountain top of Mimice and has a relatively steep climb by car through the narrow streets. There is a "fresh" 10 min. walk down to the beach and small Harbour with nice restaurants. Did we miss anything? Well being two families an extra set of house keys would have been beneficial.

Magnificent
Wonderful villa located 140 metres above sea level in the hills of Mimice. Be warned, the road to the villa is not easy, very steep, narrow and windy - I would not like to arrive at night! The villa owner Darko met us at the supermarket just off the main road and guided us in - this was welcomed as we wouldn’t have located it otherwise. Once in our splendid isolation we did not want for anything. The weather was fabulous, pool amazing, views over the tree trops and over the Brac Channel sublime. Every room in the villa was decorated beautifully by the villa owner Natasa to impeccable taste. We have never stayed in such a well equipped rental ever. The WiFi, Air Conditioning, cleanliness, TV (which was smart so had Netflix, YouTube etc) were all great. The owners also laid on a welcome buffet for us including wine which went down a treat! All in all it was amazing. A tip - stock up your supplies on one of the many Lidl supermarkets en route from Split. The swallows in early evening also an amazing spectacle. So beautiful!
This house is incredible! Beautifully furnished to an extremely high standard. The location is a total oasis of calm with the house perched at the top of a hill overlooking the sea, just above the lovely town of Mimice - under an hour's drive from Split airport (although please beware that the coast road gets very busy around Omis - and Split on the return - so would highly recommend taking the alternative route suggested). The pool is wonderful and bigger than expected and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. They greeted us with a welcome platter of food and a fridge well stocked with the essentials so we didn't have to go out straight away. So appreciated! They are also happy to help with excursions. We did canyoning from Omis, which the children loved (aged 11 and 13); and a boat trip to the Islands which we highly recommend - the town of Hvar in particular is stunning. The rest of the week was spent swimming in the crystal clear waters at local beaches and exploring nearby towns. Some days we didn't leave our lovely house. We all loved Croatia and would definitely visit both the country and this property again. Thank you!

An amazing place - idyllic and beautifully-equipped
This is without doubt the most wonderful place we have ever stayed in as a family - and we have travelled in many countries around the world. We went with three boys and we're blown away by the quality of the house, which has been beautifully designed from top to bottom. The photos show it off well, but it is even better in real life, and the four bedrooms and bathrooms are all the height of luxury, each with their own stylish design touches. What the listings don't tell you is that the villa was featured in Elle Decoration magazine and deservedly so. What we were a bit more unsure about was the location, which we didn't know. But we needn't have worried, as it is an idyllic part of the world. The views over Brac are wonderful. And nearby are Omis and Brela, where we did fabulous canyoning and sea kayaking trips. Mimice is off the beaten track, rather than being in an over-developed part of the Croatian coast. We also hadn't quite realised that the villa is high up above Mimice and so we had no other properties near us. All we could see were hills, sea and forest. You feel very special here. In terms of the property, it has a very large open plan living and kitchen area, which takes up the whole ground floor. We loved chilling here as a family, playing games and cards and so on (there are games in the house but they are a bit hidden in one of the storage rooms). The pool (and view) is the star of the property and feels even larger than it looks in the photos. As our boys play with beach balls a lot, we were a bit worried about what would happen when the ball goes over the edge, but in fact there are steps to walk down to a small garden below the pool to retrieve items. There is also a barbecue, and - as with everything in the villa - the owners leave it stocked with what you need, in this case coal and firelighters, so that you can light a barbecue without having to go out to get anything. There is a supermarket just a 5 minute drive down the road. Overall, the owners, Natalia and Drago, who are very charming and helpful, have thought of everything to make your stay as relaxing as possible. And Anke - who we booked it through - is very swift at responding during the booking process. This was, for us, a little bit of paradise. We will be back!
