There is even a restaurant and bar with beach service in the building. The home has air conditioning and fans. They are not normally needed due to a great natural cross ventilation that comes through the spacious windows including the 2 bathrooms. You can easily and safely walk about the area and the extent of the malecon right in front along the famous Los Muertos beach front which extends the length of the old town area.
