Fantastic Venice Island location on quiet street! Our talented interior designer created this stunning 3-bedroom private pool house featuring attractive family room with sofa sleeper & Florida Room overlooking private pool. Only 8-minute walk to beach & popular restaurants with live music. Longer walk to Historic Venice Ave unique shops &restaurants. Private heated pool with dramatic fountains. We're one of only a few private houses legally allowed to rent short stays under 30 days!
PROPERTY & SAFETY RULES:
- CHECK-IN = 4 p.m. and CHECK-OUT by 10 a.m.
--our housekeeper has a SEVERE pet allergy so we cannot accept any animals.

- - kids must be 6 & older AND ALSO must be able to swim well in order to stay in this property. Kids must be supervised at all times. No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk. No horseplay. No diving, jumping or flipping. SHALLOW WATER. Pool & common area hours: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.. Strict neighborhood noise ordinance in place at night. Follow all posted pool area rules. Keep pool gate doors tightly closed. Kids must always be supervised by responsible Adult

- Registered guests only. No visitor parking. 2 Parking spots per place - use parking permit hangtags. NO STREET PARKING. Absolutely no pets. No smoking or vaping inside and no smoking outside anywhere on our grounds. Drive slowly on our road. Low-key, quiet respectful vacationers only. Must be 25 years old or older or staying with parents to stay here. No parties, events, or noisy gatherings of any kind.

- we use a professional pest control service. Florida is a tropical climate and it is possible to see bugs inside despite our best efforts. Please keep windows/doors tightly closed & keep place clean & tidy with food tightly closed to prevent pests.

- $350 fine for evidence of smoking and for pet violations & face immediate eviction.

** LIABILITY WAIVER: By renting this property, you understand swimming and use of rental property is at your own risk. All posted pool and house rules must be followed for the safety and enjoyment of all. No lifeguards on duty. Pool gate door must always be tightly latched. Swimming pool closes at sunset. Follow pool hours. Kids must be supervised at all times by adult. You agree to be fully responsible for any accidents you may incur. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or property use. By renting this property, guests hereby agree to hold owners harmless against any and all claims, damages or causes of action for damages arising from injury to persons or property, or loss of life sustained in or about the rental property by any person or persons whatsoever. The renter further agrees that the owners shall not be liable for any personal injuries or damages to any goods, wares, or property regardless of how such injuries or damages may be caused, or whether resulting from acts of negligence.

For fun island nightlife, we suggest hitting casual ocean-front "Sharky's" or more upscale "Fins" near us, or Daiquiri Deck on Venice Avenue. Enjoy!

*YOUR DOOR CODE: Your front door code which works on your dates is included in your welcome info emailed to you prior to your stay. After you make reservations, be on lookout for emails coming from "Beach Bound Escapes" - with arrival details including your door code. * PARKING: Important- Only 2 cars parking per place -no exceptions. (neighborhood firm rule). The City doesn't allow street parking. Sorry no boats or oversized vehicles & No visitor parking - please plan to meet up with friends/relatives at area restaurants or at the public beaches which have parking lots & changing areas.

* YOUR PARKING SPOTS: please park in private driveway in front of the house.

VACATION HOUSE DETAILS:
Our talented interior designer worked her magic to create a super comfortable, beautiful three-bedroom vacation house for our guests - enjoy! We are proud to say we have many, MANY happy repeat guests visit year after year as a tradition. Two of the bedrooms (on each end of the house) have king-size beds. The third bedroom has a full bed and twin bed. All bed linens & mattresses are new and comfortable! Two full bathrooms recently renovated. All new furnishings throughout in an upscale coastal, inviting décor. Our dining room has pretty French Doors overlooking our attractive private pool with dramatic multiple fountains (which can be turned on & off) and backyard with lots of tropical plantings. Our kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and new dining table overlooking pool. Basic outdoor shower within pool screen area provides a very refreshing quick clean up option. Pool heat is included. Lots of free amenities! High-speed free WIFI.

- TWO CARS maximizing in private driveway. (no street parking). Registered guests only.

Life jackets must be worn to use kayaks. Kayaks need to stay close to shore and not be use in windy or rainy weather. Kayaks can only be used in Lemon Bay - but not in ocean. You agree to be fully responsible for any accidents you may incur. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or kayak use.
