Overlooking Oglethorpe Square and the Owens Thomas House, this condo is an ideal location for walking to restaurants, shops and museums in the historic downtown north district. Minutes away from all the best Savannah has to offer!

Newly furnished - Cable TV in Living Room - High Speed Internet/Wifi
King bed in bedroom. Queen pullout sofa in living room. Full bathroom is off of Living Room. Equipped kitchen has dishwasher and dining area for 2-4 people. Regular drip coffee maker plus K cup machine. This unit generously provides starter coffee and breakfast snacks. Washer & Dryer Access: Shared laundry machine in the common hall if you need to run a load of clothes while on vacation! Public Parking: Metered street spots are best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app on your phone or parking in the nearby State St parking garage if there is availability.

Short Savannah Stay
My husband and I were only in town a few days but this place was a great home base. One block south of a street with restaurants and shops meant we were close to the action, but our street was quiet when we were trying to go to bed. Walkable to both Forsythe Park and the Riverfront, the location was ideal. The space was clean and worked perfectly for us (we both needed to plug in laptops and work some of the time). The place was in a charming older building but the unit itself had an updated kitchen & bathroom, and had lovely details like the fireplace in the bedroom.

Nice! My husband had to clean the needle in the single serving coffee maker, but everything was decorated nicely and all appliances worked great. Some knats bothered us; needs some flying insect spray in residence. Very good location and very comfortable. 😎

Near everything but on a quiet side street
The place was even nicer than pictured and equipped with all that we needed for our stay. The front porch overlooks one of the beautiful squares. Check in was very easy. The building was quiet. The bed was comfortable. We could walk to the busier sections of town but the place itself is on a quiet block.

Great Location
Loved the location of this property and the walkability of the historic district of Savannah. Property was cozy and provided everything we needed. Host provided helpful information in their welcome binder. Very close to shops and restaurants yet a quiet little neighborhood.

Quick Savannah Visit
First time VRBO user! The Condo exceeded all my expectations. The Location was exceptional, quick walk to everything! Parking was easy, metered street spots ( install Park Savannah) or pay at the meter. The Condo was very comfortable and clean. My only criticism would be the lack of useable vanity space in the bathroom. Otherwise this condo is perfect!
