I stayed in the hotel for one night with my two young daughters. It was extremely expensive for a simple room with one queen size bed. The room is small. The bathroom gave me the feeling of a hospital room. Such a big bathroom and yet very minimally equipped. There’s no counter space for anything. A spring fell out of one of the two elevators. The other elevator was not working. My daughter was so afraid of being stuck inside the elevator that she chose to take the starts instead. We took the stairs and got stuck inside the staircase, because all the doors into the building were locked! I had to call (international call) the front desk to ask for help. We finally got out after 10 minutes. It was scary. The staff did not provide any WiFi information when we checked in. The only good thing I have to say about the hotel is the location. It’s right next to train station. It makes it very easy to get around.

Friendly staff, warm room
Nice hotel near local eateries. Quiet on property. Only downside was the room was a bit hot during the day with the sun shining in and the ac being located above the front door didn’t help. Having fans in the room might help improve circulation. I do want to mention that the staff was very friendly and accommodating when our flight was delayed. They were able to store our luggage after check out.

Great location close to shops and cafes, and train station. Clean and easy to access. Disappointed to be given a room 'upgrade' which was actually a downgrade in our view and suspect the hotel was just giving us a hard to sell room with minimal soft furnishings, vinyl floors and no hand basin space and no additional pillows could be provided.
