Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Newly renovated 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms with tubs. Each room can sleep up to 2 adult. Total 6 people can sleep. Lovely Home In Prestigious South Richvale with fully fenced backyard.
Beautiful front porch has 2 car garage and long driveway can park up to 6 cars on driveway

The property can also be rented as 4 bedrooms sleep 9 (there is a lower level 1 bedroom unit w/separate entrance, 3 pc bathroom, kitchenette & separate living with TV - 1 queen bed & 1 sofa-bed) ask the host for more information.

There a tenant living in lower level of building- complete separate door and entrance from the back of building (super quiet and respectful)
No house party - no event allowed in the house .

First of all, we rented both the upstairs (3 bedrooms and 2 baths) as well as the basement apt. The basement apt. SMELLED like cat urine. The LL did try to help with the issue. He had an infuser brought to the property as well as febreeze and incense. With no matches, the incense was useless (as we do not smoke and had none). The stench was still in the basement and the result is that my daughter and son in law could not sleep there. They slept upstairs and my son ended up having to sleep on the couch. And since we only had two bathrooms (as opposed to 3) for six people, this was VERY difficult to maneuver! We were in Toronto for a wedding and the bathroom was a VERY important element of our stay that we needed! The sink in the master bathroom easily backed up and needs to be cleaned out with Drano or something similar. And one of the master bedroom windows did not have a screen in the window, so we could not open this without bugs flying in and out. The location was great, however, we had to "adjust" our stay relevant to the issues that I have just shared with you. We should be rebated for not using the basement apt. at all and the inconveniences that we ended up going through. Feel free to cal me to further discuss this. Thank you.

Great place to stay, hockey event for grandchild, house has lots of room, laundry very nice, leaving water a plus, great area, lots of shopping and dining nearby. Easy to get in touch with renter, responded quickly.

Enjoyable Stay in the Toronto Suburb of Richmond Hill
This 3 bedroom remodeled home was exactly what we wanted! It had a queen size bed in each bedroom, 2 full baths and a spacious kitchen and living room. Located in upscale residential and quiet Richmond Hill, this house is one of the original homes built among newer large mansions that are being built all around the area. Maddie was very helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable and was available when we needed anything. The place is well maintained. There is even a washer and dryer downstairs for our use. Even though there are 2 TV's in the house, please note that they are all set up for streaming only. There are many restaurants and shops within a mile from the house. Be aware that central downtown Toronto is about 40-60 mins away by car depending upon the traffic which there always seem to be traffic at all times of the day! Public transportation wasn't an option for us so we incurred lots of tolls on the 407 going back and forth into the city. It may take a bit longer, but if you can, avoid using the 407. Thanks Maddie for the use of the house and a wonderful stay in the Toronto area.

As Advertised
What a great place to stay with my blended family. Impeccably clean and it looks exactly like the photos. It was absolute treat to spend a few nights here for our Wonderland vacation as it is a short fifteen minute drive to the park. Everything else we needed, we found within a very short drive. Thank you to our host. Will definitely stay here for our next trip to Wonderland.

Fantastic place to stay! Conveniently located near retail, dining, groceries and Canada's Wonderland. Loved the spacious backyard setting nestled in a beautiful neighborhood! Host was pleasant accommodating and accessible. We would absolutley book this rental for a future visit to the area.

Family vacation to Toronto
This home is beautiful and spacious! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near playgrounds, restaurants, and shopping areas. With no traffic, we were able to drive to Toronto within 30 minutes. However, during peak hours, traffic can cause your commute to Toronto to be closer to an hour. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property and exploring Toronto!
