The staff and service at this hotel is wonderfully old fashioned. The hotel is beautiful, with antiquate charm. The area of Abano Terme is a little run down with lots of closed buildings but this obviously isn’t any fault of the hotel and their service was so good I can overlook the area and have booked to go again already.

This was our second stay at this hotel. This hotel is a classic Italian charm. The staff is incredible helpful and polite. Our room(junior suite) was perfect in size, always cleaned, staked with fresh towels, including towels for the pool. Breakfast served in the restaurant , variety of hot/cold choices you can order. Pools are clean , with the thermal water that satisfies your preference for the day from cold to hot. Treatments are very good! Nighttime live music , is a lovely touch to complete your day of a whole relaxation. Looking forward to visit this hotel again and again.

Such a charming hotel! From the moment I stepped through the revolving doors, the hotel staff was superb. I was greeted warmly and genuinely. The gentleman checking me in escorted me around the property and then walked me right up to my door. I was able to sneak in for dinner even though it was close to being over that evening. The dinner service was incredible and selections were delicious. I made use of the 3 pools, the steam and sauna room and peeked into the cold room. Breakfast was great, I was able to order scrambled eggs with bacon. I had to extend my stay two more days and the staff was more than accommodating and did not make me change rooms. Most folks staying here are over the age of 55, so me and my brother stuck out as we were some of the youngest on the property. Plenty of shopping and a market about a 15min walk away. We also did our laundry at a laundry mat that was next to the market. The hotel is a true gem! Sadly, I didn’t get a massage but my brother said the massage was great.

Mi sono proprio rilassata !!! Una location lussuosa ed elegante. La SPA raffinata con personale molto gentile e qualificato. Le piscine attrezzate e pulite sono immerse in un meraviglioso parco . Il personale gentile e sorridente . Camera essenziale e funzionale (...unico appunto la tenda nella doccia non si può!!!!...ma solo per trovare veramente il pelo nell'uovo ...)
