"Kopacbi" is a charming 3-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering a total surface area of 45 m2 and a maximum capacity of 4 guests, accommodating 2 adults and 2 children. The property features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully distributed between the upper floors to make the most of the available space.

Accessed via an exterior staircase, the first upper floor welcomes you into a combined living and dining area complete with a dining table, offering a convivial space for shared meals and relaxation. From this level, you have direct access to the terrace. Also on this floor, a small room is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 70 cm in width and 170 cm in length, making it ideal for younger guests. An open-plan kitchen is integrated into this level, fitted with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a small bar area. The bathroom on this floor features a shower and WC.

The second upper floor hosts the main bedroom, a room with characterful sloping ceilings containing 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room opens directly onto a private balcony, offering a south-facing orientation and beautiful panoramic views of the lake.

Wonderful

Being on the North shore of Lake Balaton is the best location, away from the busier South. View was fantastic and we spent every evening sat there looking out over the lake, one night we even had a pair of hares running around in the field next to the house. It was a heatwave 35 degrees so the Air Con was lovely. Helped to water the plants in the garden as the owner was away - hope they survived. Lovely, unspoilt and restful with visits to the beach, vineyards and towns. Would recommend Sipos Vineyard and their new gin. Altogether a fantastic time, would love to go back.
