Customer Service: we had issues with our original online reservation, which was assigned to the really nice apartment-hotel (single rooms) with the shared kitchen and living room spaces on each floor rather than the exclusive apartments. This matter was resolved with utmost urgency and cordial service and we were relocated. There's a lot of bad customer service in Nigeria, especially when something goes wrong or doesn't go as planned. The staff here were amazing and we got reaccommodated in the preferred property. Every issue or request that we made during our stay was addressed immediately. The place and the apartment we relocated to are very clean and in excellent conditions and housekeeping was prompt and professional. I will stay in any Precious Pavilion property again without hesitation.
