1st towel was torn, requested another and it has holes too. the toilet paper was the worst quality Iâve ever seen. Sheets were stained. Everything you can think could go wrong in a hotel went wrong. Check in was a hassle cuz they had no communication with Expedia whatsoever and didnât even know how it works, Iâm not sure why they are advertising on Expedia. They didnât know the basics. My room was so dirty, I wanted to be moved to a different room with all the things I found but didnât even bother because Iâm sure they didnât have better. They cleaned while I was there and even the change of sheets had stains. The actual pillow beneath the case was brown. There was a foul toilet stench in the room.
One thing though is they apologized profusely for the issues. Iâd rather have good service than apologies so thereâs that.
