The property was ok. It had some cosmetic issues. The breakfast options was not great. I did encounter some issues with the first room i was giving but was able to move into another room. The room that I was moved to had some cosmetic issues aslo. The wifi in the room did not work and the staff did not try to fix it, after bring it to their attention. So the smart tv did not work nor was i able to use my phone. The wifi only worked in the lobby, which i sat for hours to makes phone calls and to watch tv. The place mentioned a swimming pool but I think it was not working at the time. I was not happy staying in a place for 4 days and not able to use the wifi to make calls or watch TV is not good.

While the staff is nice, the first thing I was told was they did not have my reservation. It turns out they did, but the receptionist barely checked before telling me they didn't. The wifi never connected to the internet, thus I used more MTN data than I intended, causing me to spend more. The room was a nice size, but there was much dust under the sofa. Also, I've never felt a mattress this hard in my life. Tapping on it was like knocking on a door. The food was all right, although I asked was the grilled chicken spicy and was told no. It was, especially for my 3 y/o. I had to leave my room keys at reception whenever I left the hotel, which was odd. But at least there's a shuttle to the airport. Decent overall, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Overall, I had an excellent stay in the facility. One recommendation for action is to review the menu of the breakfast. Almost the menu keeps to be the same while the received customs comes from different corner of the world, with a range of preferences while taking breakfast. If more that one options could be available, customs could enjoy more their stay in the compound.

I did have a good stay. I would like to share that water was not offered free and I had to pay for a second cup of coffee for breakfast. Also there should be ample enough towels to use without having to wait daily for a towel. The construction was ongoing but I know when it’s all done it’s going to be nice… All the BEST..
