Overall the property was good. Just a couple of things kept me from giving it 5 stars. First, the good: It is a really cute house in a nice, quiet neighborhood with quick access to highways to get where you need to go. All for a very competitive price. Communication with the property management is pretty good and instructions for accessing the house were clear. As you walk in, the downstairs is beautiful. Then, things go a little south. As you move upstairs, the carpet is very dirty. The walls have marks and smudges all over them. There is broken furniture in one of the bedrooms. And the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was very dirty. I mention these things because it would be so easy, and somewhat cheap, to fix or correct them.My only other complaints are the very late check-in of 4:00pm and the ID/credit card verification process. I inquired about a possible early check-in. I was told they would look it in to it and never heard anything back. As for the ID and credit card verification. I understand that some 3rd party management companies require this. But it is still a little off-putting to receive last minute messages asking for copies of ID's and pictures of your credit card. Especially when your ID and payment have already been verified through VRBO.
