This is not a 5 star hotel - perhaps 2 star at best needs complete renovation. That said bed clean and pool was good. I paid very little for the room so good value overall. I found all staff pleasant although they forgot my wake up call!

I have stayed at this property previously and am finding now it seems to be going downhill. The old staff have gone and the new staff don’t seem that friendly. We were however given a suite this time which was value for what we paid but carpets were terribly stained and room not cleaned properly. Breakfast has also gone downhill.

Otel açıldığı ilk günkü mobilyalarla kalmış, yatağın her köşesi yırtık berbattı.

Temizlik orta seviyedeydi. Park yerinin olmaması ve valenin bahşiş için sürekli araba anahtarı takibi hiç hoş değildi. Onun haricinde personelin yardımcı olması gerçekten güzeldi.

Front desk personeli “abi / sen / kartını al” diye konuşuyor.. kaldigim oda 1990’lardan kalma, ama belli ki otelin bazı odalari yenilenmis, fakat bana verilen oda cok eskiydi. Yatak yamuk, banyodaki kuvetimsi sey kucucuk, giderler tikali ve dus basligi kirikti..

2 gece konaklama yaptık. Resepsiyon personeli Alp Bey’in ilgisi, nezaketi de tercihlerimizin doğru olduğunu göstermiş oldu. Odamızın nevresimleri günlük olarak değiştirildi. Çok memnun ayrıldık. Temiz bir oteldi konaklama için tavsiye edilir.
