The accommodation has on the main floor, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor you will find two double bedrooms, both with double beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the third floor you can enjoy a wonderful terrace with sea views, the terrace is equipped to relax preparing a barbecue, it has a garden set with tables and chairs. In the communal areas you will find two swimming pools and garden areas. It has a private parking space. A utilities & service fee of EUR 80,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
