Private: swimming pool angular, heated (depth 60 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Supermarket 450 m, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant, café 50 m, bus stop "Callao Salvaje" 600 m, sandy beach "Playa de Ajabo" 650 m. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km.
