the drapes need repair, the batteries need replacing in the remote. good to see ironing board in room but as a suggestion maybe a couple of coat hangers would be a welcome inclusion

Checking in was really hard for some staff for whatever reason it took 5 phone calls and 45mins to get into room after 2pm check in time. Room was not too bad but was needing more maintenance and cleaning and some fixtures upgraded for sure. There was a really loud and obnoxious wake up due to an incident between staff and guests where the police were called to assist with eviction of the unwanted guests. Would have been nice to be compensated a nights expence like my next door guests got due to the rude and noisey wake up and anxiety caused by the situation that arose that morning. The outdoor balcony is closed due to being unsafe. Traffic noise is high Had high volume airflow heaters running all night in the passage to try to dry wet carpet. 1 bath/toilet to about 15 rooms. For $135 I expected a lot better.

First time at a hotel without a reception desk. I guess it’s the way of the future. Location is excellent. You can meet people at Fasta Pasta downstairs which is convenient.

24/7 phone staff were lovely however there was dirt and grime in the drive, hallway carpets are pretty dirty. Street lights outside window was awful.
