Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.
Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.
Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.
Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.

To access property we had to pick up a key from a lock box which was located a block away from the property.this was inconvenient.
Property was located upstairs - 2flights of stairs and no lift access.
Room was clean and neat with modern bathroom, however there were no bath towels on arrival and we needed to contact host who didnât answer phone and I was unable to leave a message either. I eventually made contact with host via email and they replied promptly and dropped bath towels 10 mins later. Ok for just a one night stay
