LOCATION

Approximately 40 minutes from Adelaide city or the airport via the Southern Expressway,

Moana Beach is one of our great South Coast beaches, on the Fleurieu Peninsula, with white sand, blue water, small surf and safe swimming.

Handy to the popular ``Deep Blue`` licensed cafe with ``Australia`s best fish and chips``, seafood, salads and pizzas.

10 minutes from McLaren Vale and the many wineries and cafes of our Southern Vales wine region.

Half way to Victor Harbour and 60 minutes from the ferry to Kangaroo Island at Cape Jarvis.

Moana Beach is great for kayaking and there are fantastic bike trails along the beachfront to Port Noarlunga and the ``Shiraz Trail``, through McLaren Vale to historic Willunga and the famous Willunga Saturday Markets.

BEACh RETREAT We were very impressed with the beautiful and modern home.The outdoor area is stunning and we loved cooking on the BBQ.We don't go away without our dog so it was wonderful to have her with us enjoying this beautiful environment with a seaview .We loved using the spa on the balcony with a gorgeous view as well .We had everything we needed.Communication was good.Thankyou!

The property was in a great location with a very nice view. Everything you need for a short stay was provided, (even the spa on and ready for use upon arrival), and the townhouse was very clean and tidy. The hosts, Madeleine and Brendan were very responsive and friendly.We would definitely recommend a stay here if visiting Moana.

Our family had an outstanding time at this beach house. The property is fully stocked with everything you'll need, including lux towels which were greatly appreciated after a long day at the beach. The backyard area is also a treat with a gorgeous green jungle of plants for privacy and a renovated outdoor kitchen. It was a perfect holiday and we will certainly be back.

I grew up in this area, but now live in Victoria. It was a great location close to family & friends. The house was great, the amenities were exceptional (awesome BBQ) and plenty of room to host Easter lunch for my family.The location is great, with a clear view of the beach.The owners were also great with communication and gave a quick tour of the place on arrival.

Beautiful by the beach

A beautiful place to stay no matter whether the beach weather is outstanding or windy and blustery. There is a corner or space for every occasion. The owners have thought off everything! And... the evening spa experience on the top balcony, under the stars of the southern cross, with fairy lights, added a little something to our time away - a totally unexpected treat!

Relaxing in first class

If the nicest place you’ve ever stayed is 10/10, then prepare for an 11!! A stunning house with amazing views, and thought has gone into every area to make it a comfortable and luxurious home away from home. You’ll not find nicer hosts anywhere, we were so impressed by their hospitality. The only sad thing about this property is packing up to go home!! Hope to visit again soon :)

Loved how close to the beach the house was, but also loved the house itself. The outdoor area out the back was great when it was too windy out the front. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a nice meal at home. The furniture in every space was comfy & clean. Great communication re: the stay. Thank you!!

Beachfront in comfort

Tastefully furnished and decorated 2 storey unit with view of the sea. The warm spa in its sheltered position made it very enjoyable even on a blustery day. We had a relaxing time. Thanks so much!
