Great large rooms and location; good bed; for rooms with kitchen they offer an interestinglp shopping delivery option for breakfast kit or movie pack but this has to be ordered days before you check in. Would have been great to communicate about this ( they say it is on their website... but we book with expedia and this is not there). Anyhow, shops are so nearby...

Great location

We stayed here 3 weeks. It was an excellent location. Close to Rundel mall, museum, botanical gardens, theatre and central market. Our apartment was very comfortable. It was well equiped and nice and clean. I was dissappointed that the swimming pool was shut down the whole time I was there. One reason I picked this hotel was for the pool. They let us use a pool in the hotel next door. I went once and the pool water was very very cold. It was not convient. I spoke to management three times about getting some compensation for this. They didn't do anything though.

Very relaxing!

Needed a break from the road after driving across the Nullarbor, and yet still have the peace and tranquility of those landscapes in mind, and the s p a c e... a one-bedroom apartment was just the thing I needed. Quiet, sophisticated style, well laid out, very comfortable. Was able to sort out some gear... car park connected conveniently to floors via elevator... did some laundry... caught up on much needed sleep, and had some lovely walks around Adelaide. Free newspapers, and staff very helpful. I would make a beeline to stay here again!

The deluxe apartment is a good size with plenty of room. Our apartment was towards the side and was very quite despite looking into a car park. The internet didn’t work in our room.

Was very happily surprised with an upgrade at check in too a lovely 2 bedroom deluxe apartment and everything was comfortable unfortunately the workers on the strret started at 7.00am so sleeping in was impossible but overall stay was great and very close to everything.

Facilities were excellent in a roomy unit. Shower area was an area of concern for us oldies due to water going everywhere under same floor line as rest of wet area until we got used to it and adjusted our thinking. Overall, a central well equipped place to stay during the footy festival. Will be back again.

The carpark was small and hard to find, there was nowhere to stop out front to check in and the lift for the car park was out of order. The bathroom was dirty and it looked like the room had just had a light clean over the last year. I won't be staying there again

Staying here was such a disappointment. Maintenance seems to be lacking. The in room safe was broken and even had a sign from the hotel management advising it was broken! The toaster was damaged and not working properly. The fridge contained an opened packet of milk that had gone sour and smelt dreadful. The room was advertised as wheelchair accessible but had a 'shower over bath' set up. There was no room service - you had to order from one of the local cafes and collect it yourself. No Foxtel. WiFi was patchy and unreliable. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. An altogether disappointing experience.
