On this floor, you'll find two single-bed bedrooms that can be converted into a Queen-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) with en-suite bathrooms. Outside, there is a 25 square-meter private swimming pool, a garden area with a lawn, and a patio. Sunbeds and various outdoor furniture are provided. A parking space is also available. The villa is conveniently situated within walking distance of local taverns and is just 3 kilometers from the famous Plakias area, known for its tourist amenities, water sports, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, and more. A car is not necessary unless you wish to explore the beautiful southern region of Crete.
