We had a wonderful time at the Taj Resort. The staff was amazing, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and delicious breakfast buffet. The rooftop restaurant had great food as well. The only thing that I think should be mentioned as there were a lot of European and Canadian travellers is that the hotel doesn’t serve any alcohol on the property. We just like to have a glass of wine with dinner.

Room was not in good condition. Furniture was old and scratches up. Double bed was two singles pushed together. Few amenities. Not even extra toilet paper. Tea bags were cheap and not even wrapped indiviually. Shower didn't have raised border to stop water flooding bathroom floor. No problem with staff. They were friendly and breakfast was ok.

We enjoyed our stay here at Taj Resorts. Pros: 1. Helpful staff. They helped us book our taxi to Delhi when we left. 2. Very clean facilities, and the bed was comfortable. 3. Nice rooftop pool and view of Taj Mahal 4. Amazing location, quiet street and only a 10 minute walk to the Taj Mahal. 5. They had a gift shop right inside the hotel, with reasonably priced souvenirs. Cons: 1. Very minor, but the restaurant doesn't serve alcohol.

Excellent location, walking distance to Taj Mahal east gate (the quietest one). The rooftop pool was lovely to have a dip after a day of sightseeing. The rooftop restaurant has excellent food and service. Our room was very disappointing, with no window and a damp smell. Whilst the upkeep of the property is ok, it lacks the finish and whilst mostly clean, it could definitely be better!

A pleasant stay!

Reception was proficient and polte. The lady in charge was clear with information required. She delivered tickets for the Taj at nominal additional cost. The breakfast had adequate foods for western tastes in addition to Indian staples. Staff members were again polite and proficient. The lady manager at reception arranged a taxi for us to our next location (Jaipur). The driver was good, the taxi modern and spotless and the costs clear and comprehensive. I was content with the whole package.

This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. First time visit to Agra but the staff made it so memorable that we will definitely come back again. Location is convenient( only 10 minutes walk to taj mahal and street shopping ) plenty of in house dining and shopping options. Staff is very caring and respectful. Driver keshav showed us around the area for one day tour and he has a great knowledge about the neighbouring cities.
