In the centre of Arinaga, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. Public parking on the road. Restaurant 140 m, bar, pedestrian zone 10 m, bus stop "Playa de Arinaga" 70 m, sandy beach "Playa La Planita" 10 m. Nearby attractions: Dunas de Maspalomas 29 km, Playa de Las Canteras 37 km, Acuario Poema del Mar 38 km. Object suitable for 5 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
