Excellent friendly hotel well located

The first room was excellent with beautiful bathroom facilities. Staff were extremely helpful in moving us to a balcony room which made our stay even more pleasant with a view of the pool. Only slight negative was the bathroom wasn’t upgraded in this room after we had been spoilt in the first. Still all very clean and nicely decorated.

Gut für einen Besuch von Aigues-Mortes

Gutes Hotel, ca 20Min zu Fuss vom Zentrum. Zwar etwas Strassenlärm (in der Nacht aber ruhiger), dafür Vogelgezwitscher zum Aufstehen (bei offenem Fenster). Zimmer ok, Matratze etwas "gewöhnungsbedürftig", Bad und separates WC. Leider kein Wasserkocher.

Séjours agréable; grande chambre avec terrasse de plein pied pour garer les vélos, état de propreté très correct, pas de bruit la nuit. Clim réversible qui fonctionne. Personnel serviable et très disponible. Le tout pour un prix abordable.

Très bon accueil, les gérants sont très sympathiques. L'hôtel est très bien placé à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique. La piscine est très agréable. le petit déjeuner est très correct. La literie au top. Très bon séjour à l'Artémia.

Ça avait bien commencé … Mais au final nous déconseillons cet hôtel pour plusieurs raisons : Séjour de deux nuits du 13 au 15 Août 2025. Premier jour : Le matin à 10H sur la terrasse de la chambre le patron nous interdit de prendre un jus de fruit et un gâteau sous prétexte qu'il paie du personne pour les petits déjeuners - en nous disant que le soir le repas est toléré … bref n'importe quoi mais nous nous exécutons, il y a en effet un petit logo sur la fiche des tarifs indiquant que les repas sont interdits dans la chambre (mais rien d'indiqué sur la terrasse). Pour un premier contact avec le patron de l'hôtel c'est un peu dur à avaler, je précise qu'il s'agissait d'un jus de fruit - pas de café pas de croissant etc … de toute façon il n'y a même pas une bouilloire dans la chambre. Le frigo est petit et ne fonctionne pas très bien. L'électricité dans la chambre est coupée lorsque vous n'êtes pas présent (fonctionnement avec la carte de la chambre en coupe circuit général) - donc le frigo ne fonctionne pas de la journée et en rentrant après une journée de canicule et bien pas d'eau fraiche … Porte d'entrée de la chambre ne ferme que si l'on est Hulk. Ma femme n'a jamais pu ouvrir ou fermer la chambre Deuxième jour : Black-out d'électricité dans tout l'hôtel jeudi soir de 22h15 à 23h30 : plus de TV, frigo heureusement que les Téléphones portables ont des batteries ! Et lors du départ en indiquant notre mécontentement et bien le parton nous encore égueulé !
