Friendly staff but the bathroom was filthy (Urine and hair on the toilet, dirty tub scum, shower mold, I wasn't sure of the droppings behind the toilet.

Such a great hotel

Your staff was amazing. Michael,Juan and Brittany made my stay very pleasant. I enjoyed there hospitality and friendship while I was there. They were very accommodating and helpful. You're cleaning people and maintenance were there to help with anything that I needed. You have a very good staff

Usually this is our go- to hotel but this time it was a disappointment. While the hotel itself was clean- there was children's drawings on the window shade, the toilet seat looked like someone kicked it, the shower was peeling in the bottom and had hair in it, our door had indentions that resembled someone hitting the door and the keys stopped working half way through our stay. The wifi was horrible, we explained to the guy up front but he basically told us that it was the weather. And we could reset it except there were no options to reset it. When I brought my own wifi the next day it worked just fine. Not to mention, check out time is 11 and my partner was rudely awake at 10 am by vacuuming. I'm severely disappointed in this stay and would honestly like a refund because of the inconvenience.

The property was exceptionally clean. The moment I walked into my room I asked myself if I was really at a quality inn. My room had two queen beds and each bed had 4 pillows (usually it’s only three). Staff was super friendly. My only issue was that the breakfast items hadn’t been replaced (we went down at 8:00 am). Tried to serve myself a fried egg and it literally crumbled when I picked it up it was so dried out (same for the bacon and sausage), but there were other options so it really wasn’t a big deal. By the way, the girl behind the desk asked me before I even reached the breakfast buffet that she would “replace “ anything if we needed her to. I would stay here again!
