Upon checking in a little bit of a language barrier with the clerk. Also got hit with a $50 check in fee for which I didn’t authorize. Our room had limited lighting. Bathroom was dimly lit. Only one mirror in the bathroom and nothing in the main area making it inconvenient for multiple people to get dressed at the same time. It was hard to regulate room temperature.

There was 2 bugs on the bed, long red hair in the shower(non of us have red hair), the pillows were dirty looking, dust everywhere, and the wash cloths had pubic har in it.

We checked in on Saturday the 18th for 10 days. Room service was supposed to be every three days. We did not receive any room service until the 24th. I had to go to the desk 3 nights to get towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. We did not receive any more room service. On Monday night the 27th I had to go back to the desk for towels and wash cloths. They didn't have any towels and gave about 6 hand towels. I will never stay there again and I will not recomend it to anyone.
