Feines Appartement

Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Appartement ist perfekt für zwei Personen. Die Küche ist zum Kochen ausreichend gut ausgestattet. Auf der kleinen, im Erdgeschoß gelegenen Terrasse, kann man die Morgensonne genießen. In der Tiefgarage gehört eine abschließbare Garage zu der Wohnung. Mein VW Passat hat reingepasst. Viel größer sollte das Auto aber besser nicht sein. Man läuft nur ca. 3 Minuten bis zum See. Am Strand geht es nur seicht ins Wasser, also auch für kleine Kinder perfekt geeignet. Der Strand ist etwas hart, man sollte sich eine weiche Unterlage mitbringen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und steht bei Bedarf immer zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank Damien

Un excellent appartement pour un séjour zen

L'appartement est juste parfait pour profiter à 2 d'Aix et de ses environs. Sa localisation proche du lac est optimale pour se balader sur les berges. Il est parfaitement équipé et la literie est au top. Merci à Damien pour son accueil et ses conseils. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Logement au top. De part sa localisation dans Aix Les Bains (proximité immédiate du lac, boulangerie, ciné...). Et de part la résidence dans laquelle il est situé. Sécurité, place de garage, piscine et jacuzzi, salle de sport. Et logement au top. Équipement moderne. Communication excellente avec le propriétaire et le concierge. Rien a redire nous avons adorer et reviendrons avec plaisir !!

Belle adresse où il n’y a rien à dire juste profiter du calme, de sa détente et de l endroit magique où tout ce trouve à proximité vous pouvez laisser votre voiture dans le garage
