Akaroa Waterfront Apartment is a beautifully restored colonial building from the 1830s, situated on the main street of the village offering breathtaking views of Akaroa.

This second-level apartment features two spacious queen bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sunlit lounge adorned with tasteful decor and exquisite artwork. The lounge also boasts French doors that open to a balcony overlooking the picturesque harbour.

Conveniently located across from the beach, guests have easy access to a fabulous playground and a premier beachfront restaurant known for its delicious fish and chips. Just below the apartment, there is a charming cafe that serves great coffee but it's important to note that being situated above the cafe may result in some morning noise.

Please be aware that accessing the apartment requires climbing a flight of stairs.

The apartment's prime location ensures that all the necessary amenities for a relaxing weekend are within walking distance. The waterfront area offers a delightful array of shops where visitors can discover unique trinkets and treasures. For those with a vehicle, a short drive up the hill leads to the captivating Giant's House, a must-visit local attraction.

Our cleaning fees reflect the level of care and detail our housekeeping team provide in our homes. While you may be staying in a regular family home, our intention is to provide hotel-quality comfort for your stay, regardless of the type of property. This requires extensive cleaning after each check-out to ensure every guest is able to experience our properties at their best. Our cleans also include hotel-quality linen on all our beds, bathroom toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, as well as tea, coffee & hot chocolate for your first couple of days.

For stays exceeding 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required to keep the property at the highest standards. If you would also like a linen change please let us know so we can book this in for the same time. Mid-stay cleans or linen changes for stays less than 14 days are optional. This service can be booked through your personal Guest Boarding Pass.
