Your house is located in a quiet, nature-beautiful and popular cottage area, 700 m from the sandy beach, which makes it a good starting point for many swimming trips. There are excellent hiking routes in the area and it is always worth visiting Aakirkeby or Dueodde with its lighthouse and fantastic sandy beach.
