The staff was great, we ended up getting 2 and rooms 109 and 112 to accommodate are entire party but room 112 had a number of bed bugs and beetles that we found underneath our sheets and pillows around 1 AM. The staff at the front desk gave us another room 108. We made sure that both 109 and 108 did not have the same issue and we left by 530 AM the next morning.

Room was exceptionally spacious but cozy. Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not make use of the pool, but that looked amazing too. Definitely recommend this hotel! Would atay they again.

Hotel needs some repairs and updates. Rooms had cracks in tub. Rooms had funny smell. Bed were hard as rocks. Pool was clean and well kept. Front desk staff were helpful. Breakfast was awful. Coffee machine was not working properly. Food offerings were subpar. Had better breakfast at McDonalds.

Clean hotel with nice beds. Only fault are the room keys. They have to be reprogrammed frequently. 3 times in 2 days. The person in the room next to us had the same problem. Other than that it was a decent hotel.

The sofa and carpet had stains. Terrible odor. Front desk supplied a odor machine to plug in wall. Did not work. Fortunately, we had some personal fragrance spray we used. Linda who provides the breakfast is SUPER!

Great location near NFL Pro Football Hall of Fame. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast is exceptional. The bed in my room was comfortable, but a little too soft for me. Staff very friendly and helpful. The ice machine is not too close to the rooms in the back (where I was at). Business center was towards the back.
